A friend brought this to my attention:

Before the red-light camera ordinance was passed, police chief moore was saying that if the red-light camera ordinance passed, he wouldn’t be able to do his job (can’t use radar). So does this mean that all the radar tickets, his crew have been issuing (15-20 tickets per shift) will not hold up in court and will have to be thrown out?

Absolutley. He sold out to the Mayor and lied for him. Everyone I talk to knows that right off...you can't just go on the radio and say crap and then expect people not to remember when it is blatantly not true.

He's another Sulzer ass clown...and people know it. He cannot be trusted.

Chief Moore also stated at the Town Hall Mtg. that speeding was up in the city since the cameras were removed and cited two near fatal accidents as proof.  One was on Eastern Ave., the other on South Paint St.   There never were any red light or speed cameras at those locations.  I don't know how this is proof of increased speed.  He said his officers were giving out about 15-20 speeding tickets per shift.  I think that is good law enforcement, done the way it suppose to be done and Chillicothe keeps all the money.

Absolutley.

As usual he operates on assumptions, not facts. Whatever Joe tells him to say.

If they are writing all those legit speeding tickets....thats great. Whats what we wanted, Law Enforcement, not Scameras.
